Because of the love of being a host, our mission was very simple from the first moment: We want our guests to feel at home in our apartments, without having to compromise on the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. That's why guests in each of our apartments on Choriner Straße find high-quality furnishings and extensive amenities that leave nothing to be desired.

Our apartments are located in the heart of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. Known colloquially as "Prenzlberg" by Berliners, it's considered one of the city's most popular and beautiful districts. Life pulsates in this charming area between historic buildings and trendy cafes. Indulge in culinary delights at the cozy restaurants in your vicinity or simply visit one of the hidden boutiques and immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of Berlin's cultural and street art scene.

Fun fact:The "Choriner Straße" is one of Berlin's top photo spots, known especially for its colorful pennants strung from house to house. They are part of the annual Choriner Straßenfest, a popular neighborhood festival with music and dance.

Vi är fantastiskt nöjda med denna lägenhet och bemötandet och servicen vi fick av Ben & Simon. De svarade snabbt och ville göra vår vistelse till den bästa möjliga. Lägenheten var superfin, fina rum, sköna sängar, bra städat och två fina balkonger. Lägenheten låg mkt bra, nära till restauranger, affärer, sevärdheter och mataffär fanns i närheten. Kan varmt rekommendera att bo här, vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Great spot in a nice part of Berlin. Easily walkable to good restaurants for our last night in Germany. Spotless with a lovely balcony. Felt like we lived there, even if it was only for one night. The space got pretty toasty at night — if we had stayed longer we would have figured out a better way to keep cool (is there air conditioning? Honestly didn’t check, we were there for such short a time). Always keeping in mind that experiences differ when you travel outside your comfort zone and that’s what makes it fun. :) thanks for a great stay!

Great location, great organization, we felt that the staff was just ready to help us Positive: Everything was truly perfect. The Bensimon motto "leave.home to be home" applies very much. We found welcoming letters and sweet little gifts every day. Tge only two points where improvement might be possible are: a second hook in the bathroom for the second handtowel, there is ample space. And the lightproof store of the main window is just too small, light seeps in on two sides by 5 o'clock. This store would need to be 50% larger and would then be perfect. Otherwise everything was great. We can only say how impressed we were with the immediate co tact we could take with Bensimon and the helpful answers within 2 minutes. That is truly excellency.

Ich kann nur Positives berichten. Der Gastgeber war stets hilfsbereit und hat meine Anfragen umgehend beantwortet. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Ein Detail, auf das ich bei AirBnBs immer achte, ist Küchenrolle. Hier gab es eine brandneue, was mich sehr gefreut hat, da ich beim Kochen in der Wohnung viel verbrauche, aber nicht unbedingt eine ganze Rolle für vier Tage kaufen möchte haha! Die Wohnung selbst war blitzsauber und ruhig, und die Balkone boten einen schonen Blick auf die Straße mit der Wimpelkette. Danke schön

Boendet o Berlin var underbart, vi kommer tillbaka. O våra vänner kan också dyka upp efter våra rekommendationer Positive: Ett alldeles fantastiskt boende. Om något var aningens mindre bra så var det uteplatsen där fåglar lämnade oönskade spår efter sig. Lägenheten låg centralt men i lugnt läge, den var fint inredd o allt fanns för att kunna trivas. Varje dag hängde en liten fin hälsning på dörren ❤️. Uthyraren fanns tillgång vid behov Negative: Se notering om besök av fåglar.

We have made our entire check-in process available online to provide you with the most flexible and convenient check-in possible. You will receive an invitation for your online check-in within 72 hours before your arrival. The online check-in is an elementary part of your booking, as you will only receive your door code when you have completed the check-in process.

Our apartment buildings and apartments are equipped with a keyless door lock system that can be opened with door codes. The door code usually has 4 digits and is valid from the day of arrival to the day of departure.

The earliest check-in time we can guarantee you is 15 o'clock (3 pm). Previous guests are allowed to stay in the apartment until the regular check-out at 11 o'clock (11 am), just like you. In order to give you a clean and prepared apartment, we need the time in between for cleaning. If we can provide you with the apartment before the regular check-in time, we will inform you on the same day.

Unfortunately, the latest check-out we can promise you is 11 o'clock (11 am). The guests who booked the apartment after you are allowed to check into the apartment as of 15 o'clock (3 pm) and we need about 3-4 hours after your departure to prepare the apartment. If the guests after you plan to arrive later, we will be happy to let you know again.

We'd be happy to provide a cot, baby chair, and/or stroller for your little one at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let us know at least one day before your arrival, and we'll make sure everything is ready for you.
